Payment Methods Accepted


We accept PayPal, checks or money orders by mail, credit cards through PayPal.  You will not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card through their service.




Once your order is shipped, (usually between 1 and 2 business days after placing your order), you will receive a email with the shipping details, tracking number, etc.  Any order over $200.00 will require a signature upon delivery.  All items are shipped with tracking and insurance.  It rarely happens, but if your item is damaged on arrival, we will replace an identical item and ship to you at no charge once we receive the damaged item back.  Delivery services require the damaged item(s) to be returned back to us in order for us to file a claim.


If you are not happy with your purchase, please return in its original condition within 10 days with same box and packaging and a refund of the listed price will be given.  No shipping charges will be refunded.  Please email us prior to returning any item to arrange a replacement or refund.  We recommend that you send any item with tracking and insurance as we will not be responsible for the loss or damage of items during transit.  The refund will be made in the same manor as it was paid, PayPal, check by mail, etc.
If we added custom work to the purchase, it cannot be refunded.  However, it not made to your request, please return and we will redo to your specifications.
